What we build
An assistant that does the job, not a demo that sounds like it
It is not difficult to make software that sounds convincing on the phone. It is difficult to make software you would leave answering your line unsupervised during your busiest hour.
The difference is where the answers come from. Wepickup reads your catalog, your availability and your written rules during the call. That is why a price it quotes is a price you set, and why it will say it does not know rather than invent something plausible.

Grounded beats fluent
We would rather the assistant say “I do not have that” and offer a person than produce a confident answer that costs you a customer.
The record matters
Every call leaves a transcript and an outcome. Software that answers your phone should be auditable by the person whose name is above the door.
Self-serve by default
Take a number, import a menu, set your hours. Nothing on the critical path should require a sales call or an implementation project.
Say what is not included
WhatsApp is built but not released. We do not have rota management. Those belong on the site as clearly as the things that work.
Customer proof, with permission
We will publish names, logos and numbers when the customers behind them have approved it. Until then this site describes the product, not imagined results.
