Integrations

What it connects to, and how deeply.

Three honest categories: connected in the product today, possible through a webhook you own, and not built yet. No logo wall, and nothing listed as an integration when it is really a wish.

Connected in the product

Twilio — telephony

Numbers, inbound calls and outbound texts run on Twilio. You can take a new number from the dashboard or verify a number you already own and route it in. You never touch a Twilio account yourself.

Set up in the dashboard

Stripe — billing and payment links

Your subscription runs on Stripe. Separately, you can connect your own Stripe account to send callers a payment link for what they just ordered.

Billing is automatic; payment links need connecting

Google Calendar

Bookings captured on a call can sync to the calendar your team already keeps, and existing entries are taken into account when availability is checked.

Connect per workspace or per staff member

Microsoft 365 calendar

The same connection for teams running on Outlook or Microsoft 365 rather than Google.

Connect per workspace or per staff member

Catalog import

Bring your menu or service list in from a file, review what will be created before committing it, then edit items individually afterwards.

File upload with a preview step

Website chat widget

An embeddable widget that answers visitors from the same business data as your phone line, so a website question gets the same answer as a call.

Premium and above

Supported through a webhook

Anything else you already run on

Signed outbound webhooks

Push call and order events to your own endpoint with a shared secret you can rotate, and check delivery in a log when something does not arrive.

Automation platforms

n8n, Make, Zapier or your own service — anything that can receive an HTTP request can act on a Wepickup event. We do not ship a branded connector for any of them.

Data export

Customer records export as CSV when you need them in a spreadsheet or another system.

This is the honest boundary: we give you a reliable, signed event and a delivery log. The receiving end is yours, which is why we do not put other companies’ logos on this page as though we had built and tested a first-party integration.

Not yet

Planned and not planned

WhatsApp / Meta Cloud API
Built and deployed, gated off while Meta’s validation completes. It is not part of any plan on this site today.
EPOS and till systems
No first-party integration. Orders can reach an EPOS through a webhook if it accepts one, but we are not going to describe that as a supported integration.
Delivery marketplaces
Not integrated. Wepickup handles your direct line; it does not read or write orders in a marketplace account.

Security

Where the data goes

Every integration on this page moves customer data somewhere. Our security and data page sets out what is processed, who processes it, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.

Stop letting the phone ring out.

Connect a number, import your menu or service list, and hear how your line is answered from the next call onwards.
