The service
Wepickup provides a hosted assistant that answers inbound telephone calls to a number connected to your workspace, uses the business data you configure to respond, and records the outcome in your workspace.
What the assistant can do depends on what you have set up. Features described on our website as requiring configuration — delivery rules, calendar sync, payment links, transfer to staff, confirmation messages — only operate once you configure them.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the actions of the users you invite.
You must be authorised to use, and to route calls to, any telephone number you connect.
Your business data
The assistant answers from the catalog, availability, hours and written rules held in your workspace. You are responsible for keeping these accurate.
We do not warrant that an assistant response will be correct where the underlying data is incorrect, incomplete or out of date.
Acceptable use
You may not use Wepickup to:
- Break the law, or to help anyone else do so.
- Handle calls in a way that breaches the rules applying to call recording or automated calling in your jurisdiction.
- Present the assistant as a human being where doing so would be unlawful or would mislead a caller to their detriment.
- Provide regulated advice — including medical, legal or financial advice — through the assistant.
- Attempt to gain access to another workspace, to circumvent plan limits, or to disrupt the service for others.
Plans, billing and cancellation
The Free plan is provided at no charge and includes the usage limits published on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in GBP, excluding VAT, through Stripe.
Plan limits are enforced in the product and your usage is visible in your billing screen.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, after which your workspace returns to the Free plan. Where you have been using a dedicated telephone number, that number is held for a period rather than released immediately, so that you can resume without losing it. We do not refund part-months unless required by law.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and monitor it continuously, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment. Where an incident affects your service we will tell you what happened.
We may make changes to the platform. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.
Suspension
We may suspend a workspace where it is being used in breach of the acceptable use terms, where payment has failed, or where continued operation presents a security or legal risk. Except in urgent cases we will contact you first.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Contracting entity and governing law
The contracting entity and the law governing your subscription are being confirmed ahead of public launch and will be stated here once settled. Until then, contact support@wepickup.app for the current position before relying on these terms in a procurement process.
